RE:Trader/investorThe supposed "Traders" these days are mostly black box High Frequency Trading platforms that follow algorithms fed into their systems to generate returns on a quick and efficient basis going Long then short.
They kinda look like this! Investors, on the other hand, are usually Mom and Pop retail folks (or Mutual Funds) who take a more long term to the growth of a Company and do not normally facilitate short trading.
