Won't any FID equity investors end up owning it all ? I think PEA could get away with a fairly modest initial equity investment for the FID everyone is waiting for. Assuming Germany will follow up with billions in loans, the FID could be accompanied by say, a half billion $$ in equity investment. (A lot less than is typical for an LNG plant.)
Even assuming there are investors ready to invest in this leaky boat... with a 78 cent stock price, does Alfred Sorensen have any negotiating room for what the investors get?
Anyone(s) looking at putting in several hundred million is only going to do that because they know something CONCRETE (not just beliefs) that the rest of us do not know. Fine, but why would anyone doing that settle for anything less than owning most of the company?
