RE:RE:Eight CapitalIt’s not the transaction that is taking this additional time, it’s the DOJ and the antitrust review. No one could have anticipated it or expected it, but it looks like the DOJ will do this with all weed merger deals now. It’s also delaying the closure of HARV/Verano. Just the AG flexing on the sector a bit because it’s all they can do at this point. Frustrating, even more so for 4Front holders who can’t trade, but they will get through it soon.
