Exceeded my expectations, was on Road, first take
Exceeded my expectations, was on Road, first takeGreat Aussie TV article on new find, and I mean great. Gobs of photos and lots of info. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-06-06/spectacular-rare-gold-specimens-unearthed-at-beta-hunt-mine/11174958 Same outfit that interviewed Henry last time. Kudos to ABC.net It says 25 meters below FDV floor, the drill hole is 7 meters below, this is above expectations. The FDV $40 millionish gold was from small living room area. Say 16 foot cube 8 feet high. 25 meters = about 80 feet below that and and we know rich ore 21 feet below from drill hole. So a stope height of 75 feet is quite possible. This is bigger than Sept find there. It could be worse too, they just got into it, but again it exceeds my expectations at this time is is on the "hope" side of what thought was possible. .And we do not know strike length yet that is open, just that at 75 feet below wonderful coarsegold. As I expected they went under to mine up, but they hit gold where they came in, so it is open down too. Looks so much like FDV Sept gold. 06 Jun 2019, 01:20 AM You can not buy PR like this: "Within a few hours of Saturday's rare discovery, the ABC was granted exclusive access to film underground at Beta Hunt. The ABC watched as miners on hands and knees rummaged through the loose rock looking for gold with only their head lamps for light. They had been picking up gold rocks for three hours by the time the ABC arrived and had filled three large buckets with specimens. Mine foreman Warren Edwards was watering down the rock to illuminate the spectacular gold specimens which shone through in the dark. On two occasions, he yelled "eureka" with the same vigour one might expect from an 1890s prospector." They held back to weigh it, they hit it Saturday.
And now listening to Selby he inducates low angle dip of intersection sediment vs shear so 25 meters below depth wise but maybe "hundreds" of meters fron old FDV on this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCAoQVMK7Aw
