Good find Stock20. If it is Rusoro Mining Ltd., to whom you refer they were certainly at the upper end of claim awards getting about $1.25 bill with a claim for about $2.5 bill (about 50%). This would put TMI and Russo as clear outliers re., claims awarded at round figures of about 7% and 50%. Apparently, Rusoro lost its gold mine asset in 2011, went to court and the settlement was agreed late 2018. As the country is Venezuela the company is now having to pursue the award via, I think going after Citgo through the courts; with Venezuela how many more years to payment of some form?
