The electrical energy business of the Company is conducted by its wholly owned subsidiary, Synex Energy Resources Ltd. Its power plants include Mears Creek Hydro Plant, Cypress Creek Hydro Plant, China Creek Hydro Plant, McKelvie Creek Hydro Project, Newcastle Creek Hydro Project, Victoria Lake Hydro Project, and others.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Another lawsuit... share price is a battleground I have a large holding I have held for years and I will hold it for whatever the outcome is. I think that DJ Russell who has over 18 million shares has something planned for this company that will fool a lot of people, he has also had his major holding for years. Stay tuned.
