RE:RE:Bill's presentationi agree about the comments on a family involvement and that as a hint...how? i view that is not a good hint.

The last comments in the video, he says financing/private placement will be done after the PFS....if thats the case, i'm ok with that as i assume the share price will be re-rated after after the PFS and then the private placement will be done at a higer price.
please correct me if i'm wrong.
