RE:What if Honda Aircraft knocks at the door ? With $2 billion?Honda owns minority stake in MRJ program and Mitsubishi owns minority stake in Honda jet.  Toyota is all involved in both programs.  Japanese auto industry sees  the future in aviation industry.  Drones, self flying personal vehicles, large transport.  This is baby step for them.  RJ and bizz jet are just the start they will grow to larger aircraft as well and rival both AB and BA just as they did with American car industry.  It might take them 20-50 years but they will be a force to recon with.  They will not over bid each other for the same technology. They are working together to build aviation industry for their nation.
