Really - Read the Notice - All about compensation... for what exactly?  Election of directors? Base Salary ?  Maternity Leave ?  The company share price has been destroyed...  Incentive Awards?  Share Bonus Plan?  $300K wage scales ? Share Appreciation Rights Plan?  DSU - Deferred Unit Employee Plan ? Hedging of Equity Base Plan?  Cash Compensation.  Issue Arrest Warrants - thats the only warrant this meeting should be about.
