This is just my opinion but considering there is no minimum for the TSX-V, I highly doubt they will do a reverse split at this point in time. That normally results in a drastic price drop in the stock value immediately after the split. There really is no good side for ITT in doing this, as far as I can see.

I agree with SuperMoney, I would lay more bets on seeing news shortly before something like a reverse split.
