Hate to say it Birch, but I trhink you are completely correct. It is stated as a Cease Trade Order, which generally means that it is has been issued regulatory authority, I am assuming the TSX in this case.

The three main reasons for this are as follows:

if it files a disclosure document, such as annual financial statements, late - or not at all;
if we find that a document contains a significant deficiency; or
if, after holding a hearing, the OSC determines it is in the public interest to do so.

My guess is that they missed their quarterlies and are there is going to be a hearing as to why. I sent them a message just thye other day asking what was up with that and I have heard nothing back from them.

I really hope I am wrong, but this appears to be the most likely scenario.
