 searched WIPO and couldn't find anything I went through everything on lithium processing tech so idk maybe they filed under VNIIHT or something or maybe I am searching in the wrong place?

But yeah that tech is huge and hypothethically you have a point. It's feasible that they pontentially agree to something like that.
