Well thought out and well written. Factor in the additional revenue from Cafe/Restaurant and renting additional sq footagr for events (as well as you being cautiously conservative with your multiples) and this stock is an easy double by the end of the year. Best kept secret in the cannabis world. Just wait until the SAFE banking bill is passed this year. Then all U.S. marijuana stocks will pop!!!
