but still, i think sunniva is doing things the right way. glass roof, exact temperature controls, water conservation, automation, llittle to no pesticides, and top notch growmaster. 

i just think that top end cannabis, theres room for 1 more great one, and sunniva has all the makings of one. im not asking for a 2 billion valuation here. (where caliva would be at in the next year or two). im thinking 400-600 mil. i look at sunniva as the organigram of california, and they've done just fine in the shadow of the bigger guys. and if caliva ever wants

as far as cash, with the lease setup they dont need the hundreds of millions of cash on hand. they can do it slower, and maybe they get financing through a canopy rivers or aurora's australis.  

but, like you said first, i can always be wrong
