RE:RE:RE:Get ready for take off.Lol dumbest idea ever. Fear is the worst motivator. That is a receipe for disaster. As an Engineering company innovation is what you need and when you think your are not valued and fearful of continually losing your job that will translate to every aspect of your life and soon you'll be left with a bunch of sad angry robots. Definitely not an environment for innovation. Definitely does not attract top talent.
