RE:does this sound reasonable?Maybe, Couple things here, they press release 25kg/h but it is higher. In fact Peter stated "we blew through" 25kg/h. He also provided information that they are competitive with other production processes and Gas atomization sells for $120-250/kg. Water atomized is even cheaper but titanium and other reactive metals cannot be manufactured with this process. In the interview with Mr. Dattilo, Peter stated that he "predicts they could produce any metal powder and ship it to you cheaper than you could produce it in house". During the Agoracom interview after the Chinese powder contract, he stated the cost of one kg was between $200-600, this range was dependent on the type of order. Small test order by say a university higher end, large bulk order lower end. An NR in 2015 or 2016 had revenue of 10 million per powder plant. They have two plants operating at Pyro and one pilot plant. All that to say we don't really know his true production rate or his Opex. We can guestimate and I have a number for cost per Kg but I am not overly confident in that number, because there has been no concrete numbers provided. It truly is a guess. He is very secretive about Additive. Drosrite on the other hand, is much easier to calculate. (mostly because he has laid it out very clearly) HK
