Shareholders have every right to question management competence. I say Gilles is not up to the task, not to mention his sub-par command of the english language.

CZO's high margin, core cosmeceutical base business was handed to Gagnon. Remember how he delivered the new production facility, years late and way over budget. And now he has turned a profitable company into a money loser.
