Yeah the price was beaten down pretty bad on small volumes to really depress the price and then come back with an offer of 45% increase off an artifically engineered price depression.

Its pretty clear the independent committee will come back with a higher price and then if the Baker group wants HBC they will need to step up to the plate and hit a home run for investors....time will tell
