Agreed...the price needs to be much higher....it will be interesting to see what the committee comes back with for value and then what reaction the Baker group has because we all know that the value is much much higher

Yeah the price was beaten down pretty bad on small volumes to really depress the price and then come back with an offer of 45% increase off an artifically engineered price depression.

Its pretty clear the independent committee will come back with a higher price and then if the Baker group wants HBC they will need to step up to the plate and hit a home run for investors....time will tell
