RML had over 500m shares, Dealing with Vanezualla where no chances of getting Awarded money, over 100M in debt.  I bought in at 0.20 cents after annoucement and was lucky to get out at 0.37 cents on spike.
HRE can go even heigher: 20M in debt, 183M shares, Lithium tech, Joint venture.
Award can be announced before end of june month or July 1st on Canada Day.
