Extremely upset over fraud
I'm down more the I would like to admit and this is downright fraud. The CEO boasted valuations that was 500 million over what it was supposed to be. AND he sold the shares to the company at false valuation to investors. The CEO blames the auditor for this? Well he pulled an Aphria. This is exactly what Aphria did and they got sued. Where is the shareholder lawsuit against this company. He also paid 60 million dollars to management, decreasing cash holding from 90 million to less then 20 million. Had to get a loan to cover immediate expenses. And tells investors he is going to do another financing.
