Annual general meeting of shareholders

greetings, just got the notice of Enviroleach’s annual general meeting of shareholders for June 13, 2019. Has anyone attended one of these in the past? Anyone have an idea of what type of information will be covered during this meeting? I’m not sure if this meeting is more of a formality or a chance to gain more information than calling the IR department.
