Hope Quebec government doesn't trash this deal on its own.  What will it get if the Bomber isn't able to sell it to MHI.  On the side, MHI has so much capital it can screw up big time and keep on pushing its product.  BT wasn't enough ot keep the CS going.  There's no easy way out!
