My fundamental question is, now everybody know that Onco Pharma is a brand new company, if Genenews is not able to sell the cancer screening test in the USA, how it will achive the goal in other country, starting from nothing, no lab, no staff.

Lots of unclear points in the NR but, at least, it is clearly said in it that the tests will be proceded in Genenews facility, thus, with their people:

'The processing of ColonSentry will be done in GeneNews's Richmond, Va., laboratory.'

Does that answer your 'fundamental question'?
