Debenture activity described in the May 2019 progress report

Debenture activity described in the May 2019 progress report
The May 2019 form 7 monthly progress report has this in section 14 -
During the period, the Issuer entered into a convertible debenture agreement
to convert $750,000 at a deemed price of $1.45 per share into 517,214
common shares. The debenture was to mature on February 29, 2020 and bear
interest at a rate of 10% per annum. Conversion was finalized in June 4, 2019.

Is it possible to tell which of the three debentures listed on page 30 of the Q1 FS from early April this might correspond to?

For all three the FS describes them as maturing on Feb. 28, 2020, accruing interest at a rate of 10%/annum, and convertible at $1.45/share any time prior to maturity.

Would it likely be the largest, "Debenture iii)"?
