Volume increasing -- deal closing?

38500 on the bid this morning, just 4600 on the ask. Big volume means the larger players are taking their positions, after many retail dividend owners have folded over the last few months.

I think this is a good sign. Someone already knows when the approval will be announced, and it is just a matter of time for this to leak out... sp will trend up towards 8.80 as it does -- or spike when the FERC approval gets announced publically.
