How might this developing relationship with China impinge on Kyrgyz’s view of settling any PCA award with Stans? Clearly, no foreign investment is going to look at this RE project (outside of possibly China who has already more than enough RE feedstock to drown in); so potenitally decreasing the state's need to settle this case with any alacrity. Further, will a full on trade war between its Asian partner and the US complicate the outcome of this case, post any award? Just when we think everything is factored in Murphy invariably reappears making the issue more complicated.
