Trading below cash@ 2.5 cents a share, and 111mm shares (net of Clays cancelled shares), market cap of C$2.8mm
Meanwhile company should have C$7.5mm of cash on hand
So you'd pay 2.5c for 6.7c of cash
Calc:
The corporate entity had ~US$2mm of cash on hand at the end of March
The company received another US$4.25mm of cash as part of the transaction
No liabilities left on the balance sheet
Assuming, you take off ~C$1mm for the transaction expense (which I think would be on the high end), company should have C$7.5mm
