RE:RE:Mistango Replies Being “just” an ORX shareholder, I would like to point out:
1) Since ORX already holds over 32% of the voting shares while MIS insiders hold 15%, wouldn’t it stand to reason that the challenge facing ORX to get it’s slate of directors elected is much closer to getting accomplished than MIS.
2) Stephen S has proven to be an astute mgr. So I would consider that he would have contacted “other” MIS shareholders to get their take on his proposal prior to launching these developments.
3) What has MIS mgnt done (lately) for increasing their MIS shareholders value. Going forward, I would suggest that those same shareholders would better benefit from a future under ORX umbrella vs MIS.
