RE:RE:They raised funds! The sky is falling! Sell your postions!Agreed Mr. Ford. I'm a big fan of acceleration provisions on warrants. A big stack of regular warrants can be like a chain holding a stock down, where nobody knows for sure when they're being exercised or how many until the next quarterly. I see share prices bounce down off warrant prices all the time. With accelerated warrants, you have a much more precise timeline on execution, at least when the stock moves up past $1. It tends to allow a stock to naintain upward momentum.
