PwC should let all 4 bidders that had until today to refine bids that they may not have the highest bid and ask them in the next few weeks if they are willing to make a higher bid. I dont like the process where it is all secret and no one knows. How will one of the bidders offer the most they can if they dont know what others bid? It might make all of them make lower bids!
