Novagold ~ Donlin Gold ProjectI usually just watch and read the BB here. I've made a fair amount of money on it despite only buying in 6 months ago.
Generally and for the most part I find there to be some great information and different perspectives. I'll ignore the recent conspiracy theories however (Trump/US), they seem a little far out there for me, right up there with the guy on the grassy knoll, the Roswell alien body recovery, 9/11 was an inside job, Rothschild owns the world and man never landed on the moon etc etc etc.
Moving on, does anything feel there could be a desire for KL to take on a joint venture and develop Donlin project in BC? It's a massive capital cost mine but probably the largest undeveloped gold mine in the world in a safe jurisdiction. The resource estimate is 40m ozs and over a 1m ozs estimated production per year with an extremely long life. It's a very expensive capital cost and doesn't run the same lucrative high margins however it looks like a very long life stable gold stream. I don't know if KL even has the financial strength to take it on now but in a few years with the cash build it may be possible. Thoughts? Too much cost? Too much risk?
