This is is a classic sell the news trade.  I see no reason why the republic just hands over cash without tieing this up even longer, years and years.

I keep telling you guys the republic can't keep screw over companies/investor's or they will get no foriegn investment and thier economy will tank/decline. They need to regain investor confiedence and the best way to do that is to settle the disputes with companies/investor's that are currently ongoing. There was a change in government in the republic and they have settled at least one dispute the one with the hotel. Depending on the terms of the award the chances the republic settles are going to increase substancially
