News after the consolidation?

I just want your opinion on something, guy.

Do you think that it's possible they consolidate as quickly as possible after the voting and then release all the news? They might think that those announcements will have a bigger impact on the sp with a lower share float.

This is just something that I thought of and I'd like your opinion on it.
