Insight on DRIP?

Insight on DRIP?Does anyone know how/why SRT gets away with charging a premium on their DRIP price.  This months DRIP price has not been traded on Cdn exchange since July 2018.  All my other DRIP's are at recent market or a slight discount.  Is SRT just being shady?
