My belief is the "potential" partners or buyers, run once they do their due dilligence. Share structure, shares awarded, shares to be awarded, compared to what's still left to do to turn this company into a profitable, weed growing or pharma company is a daunting task and probably has a bit of stink to it once a lawyer looks over the paperwork.
There have been so many rumours of "buyers in the works" but nothing has come of it and yet, Nietspil and some others here, claim that this facility is practically ready to grow.
If that was the case, and if it could be done as cheap as they say it can, than why wouldnt companies who are building from scratch right now as we type, just join or buy FSD's facility? Because its not an intelligent financial decision or certainly wasnt when the share price was higher.
We are getting closer to reality as the SP goes down but any deal that would come about even at this SP would have some hair on it that would possibly come at the expense of some shareholders. JUST My OPinion, without prejudice.
