The potential of build in is fantastic.  This is one of the key drivers of success for Photon Control as they know the life of a designed build in is measured over a span of years.  This creates predictability and allows for growth based on a stable platform.

While the SP should be reacting to this, the inertia of .05 paper x 32 Million is a biggie.

The other issue (a very good one) that PHO faced was  that if semiconductor manufacturers were going to integrate their sensors, they pressured the company to be stable and to build up a strong cash reserve to weather any storms such as a simi-con downturn which the sector is currently going through.

I'll be looking to add to my holdings.
