RE:record date 7 june almost sure our still really nebulous ?

Still cant believe SOW hasnt put put a NR about this... I've gotten clear answers from AGRA but still not a peep from SOW. #1 when will we receive our shares. #2 will we have an option to convert our SOW shares to AGRA or keep them as SOW or are we going 1.15 shares on top of what we hold effectively doubling up. These important details should have been made clear right away.
