66% Premium my A$$Just 1 year ago today the stock was trading at $9.62 so this doesn't look like a "premium" to me! You can't whitewash this deal... pure predatory activity to short change common investors and make the big cats fatter. Plain and Simple. Like I said... Doggy Doo.
