Insiders telling people to sell if they dont like what is happening is a cheap shot, when the share price is hanging at an all time low.

Insiders spent over 400k maybe more on buying earlier this year, not going to roll back with only 230 shares outstanding. If it was 400+ with no revenue like most mining companies I'd be sweating. I do agree though they need more consistent contracts or a big investor to come in to get this going
