There is no limit on repaying the debs in SHARES. I've had it happen on a number of companies debs I have owned in the past, including most recently with TEI (toscana energy). It basically wiped out existing shareholders leaving them with about 5% of the shares post debenture redemption. The debs have to be repaid based on the 20d average share price ie 1000.00 face value deb would need  say about 2500 shares at ~40c to repay them. So l'd get 45,000 shares for my 18k face debs.

I missed the date on the deb vs the iq loan repayment date. IQ starts Mar 31 2022. Originally the debs were being extended to Dec 2022, later revised to Dec 2021.
