RE:RE:RE:RE:ProxyReading through the AGM material Sherritt mailed out they spend a good portion trying to justify their compensation. From getting advisors to evaluate their compensation, to consulting a few shareholders who own approximately 38% of the shares etc. The first few months of payments of 2.5 million they receive will just cover their compensation! On a side note I see that they have blocked my emails. Apparently they do not like being questioned about their compensation.
