I agree.  

It could be:

(1) Acreage news was already baked into the shareprice; everyone assumed it was a pass, hence no material movement.

(2) Acreage news hasn't hit all major news outlets yet.  Everyone on this board follows Canopy news closely, however others may not be aware yet.  

(3) Not that great of a deal for Canopy shareholders, and/or sentiment has changed regarding the merger.

(4) Everyone is waiting for tomorrow's earnings.

Could be either one or a combination of the above factors.


We've seen time and time again Canopys share price drop just before earnings. This is no surprise to me
