RE:RE:Cash and stock buyout by Pala Investments of KBLT

RE:RE:Cash and stock buyout by Pala Investments of KBLTRegarding “For those that don’t know, the head of Pala is the KBTL’s CEO’s brother”

Hi, I have been to the home pages of both companies and can not find a common surname between the managing partners, directors etc, maybe they are step brothers?  Can you update with who the brothers are?

Notice that the price is struggling to keep over $4 despite the ‘value’ of the deal being 5.75.  And also a large range in the analyst estimates that appeared over last couple of days - so clearly opinion is very mixed, none however are as low as 4 so there may be an opportunity here, one analyst even stuck in 8 dollar price target on it today.

The chart I have does not show that Cobalt increased in price this year, maybe I am looking at the wrong chart.  Do you have a link to a reliable chart?

thank you.
