RE:RE:RE:Cash and stock buyout by Pala Investments of KBLT

RE:RE:RE:Cash and stock buyout by Pala Investments of KBLTIt's interesting that KBLT's website has been changed and prior presentations of KBLT are no longer on the site.  Prior presentations highlighted the upside potential of the Voisey Bay stream and their physical cobalt.

I thought there were two Milewskis but maybe there is only one.  Anthony Milewski is CEO and Chairman of KBLT.  If you search his name, he is also a Managing Director of Pala, altho that his no longer noted on the Pala website.  Curious.

KBLT paid $65m for its stake in Ramu (and $300m for Voisey Bay's stream), but the implied valuation of Ramu by Pala is much higher.  It would be interesting to see some cash flow projections to justify the upside potential in Ramu.  I don't put much value in their other streams/royalties as they're all in the future (if at all).

At this point, I'd vote no as I'd prefer to hold on to KBLT for the long term potential.
