It generates a majority of its revenue from the Minerals segment.

trading halt after market close.....probably not good news I would say. I expect a buy-out offer from Extractive at a nice premium to market (say 20 cents/sh), but a terrible loss for anyone holding for more than the last six months or so. I may be wrong of course - bankruptcy anyone? But I think with gold and energy markets improving, somebody saw an opening to take advantage before the bottom line at Energold improves.
