Email from peter, hes a good guy. Hi I am currently in LA on business. Lots being worked on. News will be released when appropriate. Relative to 280e tax liability.... i) some money has been set aside for same. ii) company has been fighting this vigorously for the industry as a whole. iii) company has no debt so can handle any final amount decided/negotiated.
