Agreed. Pretty much bang on. A good example of stockpiling is Cobalt 27 KBLT (which just got bought out). I bought a token amount of them at the $12 range. They were stockpiling Cobalt around the world. At that time I did a calculation based on the current price of Cobalt and was able to arrive at their stock price almost exactly.
