Morning Schaff

Your points are all excellent and I generally agree with them.  I have one worry, however.  I am not as convinced with the skill set of management and the BoD or their strategy as you are.

That being said, If whoever decides to buy them out they will probably want to replace management (if not..then great).  If that is the case, however, then they will need to add 10 - 15 million per managment/board position. If past experience is any indicator, (I think they paid over 25 million to replace previous senior management positions)  they will need to add a further 250 - 400 million to the cost of a buyout.  This would bring the present cost if they pay say $1.00  per share to around 550 to near 700 million........I personally don't think the company is worth that and most companies that would be considering a buy-out would have to have VERY deep pockets or be willing to retain existing management and I really don't think these folk have the credability or expertise to compete with the big boys.

Having said all that, I would sorely like to see us bought out (even at a $1.00 - I would be losing but not as much as I am at 49 cents)  and a new management team in place.  Sadly, insiders (and past insiders) still have almost 50% of the stock so we as retail investors don't really have much clout and so far they have demonstrated pretty consistently that their priority is not their shareholders (check SEDI - more insider selling).

As long as their are folks that are willing to sell at these levels the share price won't be going anywhere soon regardless of new investors coming into the fray.

Cheers
