RE:RE:MERGEAgreed, and that should be what happens based upon the board/management's fiduciary duty to do what's in the best interest of shareholders.

Problem is they are not (major) shareholders themselves.  Not to mention that outcome directly conflicts with their desire to keep their cushy well-paying jobs.

The only way I see this getting resolved is if someone buys enough shares to boot them out, and then sell the assets after that happens.
