The building is leased, the equipment is SNNs. They could have diluted to pay for the building and equipment, but the count would be over 250M easily, with property taxes and facility overhead like maintenance, upkeep, etc added to the balance sheet. <br/>
They reached beyond their means in Canada Ops especially when the trade war fired up and spooked cross boarder investments, along with limited tier 1 banking and financianing, basically snuffed out their northern flame. They will rebound. Trimmed costs, narrowed focus and better margins now the future.
I figured 3-5yrs would be my window of investment, Im still seeing a nice end game by mid to end 2021. Full production, phase 2, established market share, high quality flower extracts and accessories, patience is a vertue.
